Twist and Tango – The fashion actor bets B2B and B2C
The fashion brand with 20 years of experience and presence in 20 countries worldwide, a given player in Swedish fashion exports. The webshop did not previously provide the technical and visual support that it wanted and did not match the brand’s own expression, where each detail is carefully selected and creates a neat whole. The shopping experience and buying process needed to be simplified and the choice for partners therefore fell on Jetshop.
A dedicated team consisting of E-commerce strategy managers and Project Managers at Jetshop, followed by design expertise at the R3 advertising agency, had an analysis and sketches designing Twist & Tango’s e-commerce where large images, clearer content and an airier layout describes the result.
Important was analytics tools and an administration that creates the conditions to give customers a sharpened offer and a better shopping experience.
